iMaXX with regard to the GDPR legislation:

iMaXX recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its website visitors and business relations. The following Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information iMaXX may collect from website visitors or business relations and permissible uses of that information. iMaXX reserves the right to change the Policy at any time without notice. Policy revisions are effective upon posting and apply only to data collected thereafter. iMaXX complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

Confidentiality
Website: iMaXX does not sell or provide personally identifying data to non-affiliate third parties for promotional purposes, but may collect and share aggregate website statistical information (such traffic patterns or related information) with third parties. No such shared statistics will contain any personally identifying user information.
Business relations: Information collected by iMaXX is used only by iMaXX staff or iMaXX affiliates to aid in business transactions. The collected information is not accessible, shared or sold to other parties.

Business relations:

Business information collected by iMaXX is used to aid in business transactions and is not shared unless needed to complete said business transactions. The minimum of information is shared and only to the purpose of the business conduct between iMaXX and its relation. Some basic data may be shared outside of the EU but only to aid in business to business transactions. Examples of shared data include, but are not limited to:
– Delivery address to a shipping agent to deliver goods
– Technical product requirements to production locations
– Contact details to allow direct communications when needed

Although no system is 100% immune from external attack, iMaXX has taken commercially reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized access and improper use of your personal information. Information is encrypted and stored on iMaXX servers.
